1. Alethiology
Alethiology (or alethology, "the study of aletheia") literally means the study of truth, but can more accurately be translated as the study of the nature of truth.
Where can I study alethiology ?
While this quest uses tools from Logic and more generally from Philosophy, it most fully belongs in the discipline of Christian Theology.
Various universities offer this degree, perhaps the most prestigious in the UK being Durham and Oxford. You might also look at courses that cover Epistemology (the nature of knowledge); Scientific Method; and the Methodology of the Social Sciences.
2. Campanology
Campanology (/kæmpəˈnɒlədʒi/) is the scientific and musical study of bells. It encompasses the technology of bells – how they are founded, tuned, and rung – as well as the history, methods, and traditions of bellringing as an art.
